Message: I have used this vet with two of my dogs. They have been very good, they explain everything to you and anwser any of my questions. Thank you all very much. Sara.

Message: Dr. Holder more concerned if your pet is up to date on their v that treating them. Gave my fur baby a V without my knowledge or consent. I did not realize until I got the bill in the mail.. That V served absolutely no purpose other than to add to my final bill. No lives were saved, Safe and effective? My fur baby died the next morning.. She was there 2 months prior, and it was decided at that time it would be too stressful for her. Yet Dr. H decided it was a good idea to give a V to my fur baby while she was at her most fragile state with her lungs filled with fluid.. According to information I found about the v given to my fur baby Merial Imrab, it should only be given to healthy animals. According to AAHA "If vaccines are administered to patients with existing medical conditions or health concerns, clients should sign an informed consent statement as increased risk of disease may result if the dog’s immunocompetence is compromised. When a dog experiences a possible adverse event, the veterinary team should report the specific patient and vaccine information to the vaccine manufacturer and/or the USDA. ". They did not follow the science here. I trusted them, and my fur baby died in their care within 24 hours.

Message: Thank you to Dr. Smith and his amazing team. They went above and beyond helping with our beloved Lulu. She isn't even a usual client, but we couldn't find an emergency appointment anywhere else, and they squeezed us in, stayed late, and showed incredible compassion in out time of need. We are overwhelmed with gratitude.

Message: They are great at communicating. I actually got in touch with them on Facebook to ask a question because I was looking for a new vet since we moved. The vet even called me to talk things over about my pets. Dr. Smith is very nice, knowledgeable (I was a school-trained Registered Vet Tech for 8 years so I don't give good opinions unless they're earned) and his prices are excellent. His staff was able to work my sick kitties in quickly, and in a way that worked for me, since I cannot drive. And when one cat had a problem with the medication he was put on, Dr. Smith changed it quickly (within less than an hour I had it resolved) and his staff worked out a way for my guy to be able to pick up the new medicine after hours. They are just incredibly helpful and quick to take care of things and communicate with clients. These are all wins in my book.
